At Rummage Antiques we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the item cost.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition.
Items should be repacked securely in their original packaging (where possible).
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item was faulty or damaged in transit.
Please contact us before returning goods so we can confirm the correct returns address and make the process as smooth as possible.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will then advise you on the next steps and arrange a full refund or replacement once the item is returned and inspected.

We will provide you with the returns address and instructions.
Pack the item securely and include a copy of the order form.
Use a tracked or insured service for higher-value items where possible.
The initial shipping cost is not refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., item damaged in transit or incorrect item sent).
Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused or delayed.
