Rummage Antiques: The beginning

Rummage Antiques Introduction

So here we are, at the launch of my new Website Rummage Antiques! I have just been staring at a blog I wrote through Artificial Intelligence (AI). It sounds great and reads much better than I can produce here, no doubt…

But it’s not me, and it’s not Rummage Antiques. So this Blog is written by myself instead (sorry) and I can appeal to you, the reader much better I hope.

The Beginning…

So why are we here? (No, I mean on this blog, not life!) It’s because of my fascination with old things. Ever since I was a kid I have loved ‘the old’ and have some kind of connection with these items and the past.

Can’t quite explain it but it reminds me of the ‘good old times’ when I was younger and surrounded by past relatives and family friends etc. and lots of fun memories.

That’s it. I know not too much to tell really. That is why I love rummaging through Antiques, whenever I get the chance. Hence ‘Rummage Antiques’ was born!

What’s next?

I hope to share my love of old things with you and to give a service of providing something back to you in terms of Antiques or Vintage Collectables (that maybe emanate back to your past, or for whatever reason) you are looking for that special item that you need.

OK, so I may be rattling on a little here so let’s talk about Rummage. I aim to supply a variety of different Antiques and Collectables. I’m not niching out in any particular area (yet) and will no doubt be listing all sorts of Items when I can.

Please keep visiting the site as it will be forever changing with what I sell. I am starting out with lots of ceramics and glassware, and a variety of brands such Royal Albert, Aynsley and Waterford

I buy from Auction, sift out the rubbish, and keep the best. Dependent on what I see, is what I buy and list here. I am hoping my connections from eBay will follow me here and continue to buy from me knowing I have good feedback and am trustworthy.

And yourself…

If you are looking for any particular items that aren’t listed, let me know as I might have them stored away unlisted or can source them for you.

Thank you for reading, and thank you for your support. I couldn’t do it without you. Now let’s celebrate! Vintage glasses anyone?!!
