Returns Policy
We have a ‘No Quibble’ returns policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rummage Antiques and as such you do not need to give a reason should you want to return it. We are happy to refund you for the item.
To return your item, you must first advise us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel. You then have up to 14 days to return the goods back to Rummage Antiques.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Please note:
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value
- Any goods returned should be repackaged in original packaging where possible, and in saleable condition
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Shipping Refunds
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Rummage Antiques, C/O Ben Johnson, 62 Woodlands Park, Pickering, North Yorkshire, YO18 7AH, England.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Goods Faulty or Damaged shipped to you
Whilst we bend over backward to ensure we package our goods so that they arrive in one piece, many of our vintage and antique pieces of china and glass are very fragile, and will occasionally get damaged in transit.
Please notify us of breakages as soon as possible following delivery.
If any of your goods are damaged on arrival, we will of course arrange for the return and refund for any damaged items, once the item is received back and assessed it.
