We usually dispatch from our premises within 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
How Soon will it be delivered?
As the norm – allow 2-3 working days for it to arrive following dispatch. Excluding Bank Holidays.
International Worldwide shipping
We deliver within the UK only at this time. As a standard, our systems currently are not set up to ship Internationally, as we have just launched our Website. The plan will be to ship internationally in the future. Please contact us if you are located from outside the UK and want to purchase an item we can review it on an individual basis in the meantime.
How Much?
We have currently set a standard ‘Flat rate’ shipping cost of £4.95 for each item within the UK.
This amount will be visible when you check out. If you spend more than £50 you will automatically get free shipping. If you want to be multiple items contact us so we can combine packaging where practical.
Who do you use?
We currently use InPost, Royal Mail, and Evri.
With shipping times of 2-3 days from dispatch. You will be emailed tracking details.
Packaging
We recycle our packaging where possible. It keeps costs down and prices as well as the environmental aspects. However, this is not always practical when shipping larger breakable items and opt for new packaging which is more bespoke.
We invest a lot in new ‘packaging peanut fillers’, Bubble wrap, and packaging paper, as we take no chances with breakables. So the package size may be in a larger box than the item, to give it protection room.
