Product Description:

Victorian Glass dump turned into Wine Ale Glass. A ‘Frigger’ glass object which was probably made at the end of the day with the leftovers molten glass. Luckly for us the Glass Smith had made this unique and charming item that could be used as either a Wine Glass or Ale Glass.

Reference: CE03

Makers Mark /Identifying Features: Yes, see base

Estimated Age: c 1850

Condition: Used condition. No chips. Lots of manufacturing imperfections from the hand-manufactured method they used back in the day. The glass has hundreds of minute little air bubbles in it which has quite a remarkable effect.

General Note:

Due to the nature of how these products have been made, tool marks may occasionally be apparent, as are small air bubbles, very minor blemishes. Some items may vary in weight or thickness as well, therefore any sizes/capacity/weights given are approximate.
