Product Description:
Masons’ Ironstone China octagonal Cider mug. Beautifully hand-painted. Would be a joy to drink from and display, on a hot Summer’s day.
Makers Mark /Identifying Features: see base – imprinted with ‘Ironstone China’
Estimated Age: c1820
Condition: Good. It has various splits in the China but altogether the mug is in one piece and is drinkable from. The Dragons head has a hairline crack around the back of it but not all the way, so it is not clear whether this is intended as part of the manufacturing process or a restoration. See photos.
