Vintage Falcon Ware ‘ Victor’ Vase. Stunning colours and gilt around the rim. With a nice glaze. A beautiful little ornament or vase.
Makers Mark /Identifying Features: see base – imprinted with ‘Victor Made in England’
Estimated Age: c1930 – 1950
Condition: Good, no chips, glazing cracked which would seem the norm for these vases but does not detract from the nice appearance. There is however some brown painted areas underneath the glaze that have ‘smudged’ over time (see photos) but again adds to the aged appearance.
Due to the nature of how these products have been made, tool marks may occasionally be apparent, as are small air bubbles, very minor blemishes. Some items may vary in weight or thickness as well, therefore any sizes/capacity/weights given are approximate.
